个人简介

2008年博士毕业于中国农业科学院研究所院,获得作物遗传育种博士学位。2008年至今,在中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所工作。目前研究的主要内容是通过对蔬菜病原物基因组,转录组,代谢组等组学的研究,并结合分子实验的方法揭示蔬菜——病原物互作的分子机制。研究兴趣涉及病原物基因组的变异,致病基因的表达模式以及真菌次生代谢产物。近年来主持国家自然科学面上及青年基金各一项,以骨干身份参与院创新工程,973等多个项目的研究。在PLOS PATHOGEN等杂志上发表SCI论文20余篇,获得授权专利三项。

科研情况

本人一直致力于蔬菜病原物基因组学研究,主要研究内容为通过高通量测序的方法及分子生物学实验揭示蔬菜-病原物互作的分子机制。在土传病害方面,我的主要研究对象是根结线虫和枯萎病菌。我们首次利用三代测序技术组装出了高质量的南方根结线虫,爪哇线虫等根结线虫的基因组,通过比较基因组及转录组,我们发现根结线虫毒性片段拷贝方式的变异,是根结线虫毒力进化的主要原因。我们利用高通量二代测序技术对12个专化型的枯萎病菌 的基因组进行测定,并率先利用三代测序技术对这些基因组进行了优化提升,获得的组装基因组达到了染色体体水平,并且成功的组装了与致病相关的14,15号染色体,发现枯萎病菌致病与14号染色体的效应子相关。另外,我们通过比较基因组,揭示了淡紫拟青霉中一个抗线虫相关化合物的次生代谢产物合成途径,相关成果发表在plos pahtogen上。近年来,主持自然科学基金两项(编号:31000922,31571962),主持行业科技子项目一项,主持十三五露地蔬菜双减项目子课题4,累计经费360万元。另外,参与院创新工程,973等多个项目的研究。近年来,发表相关论文20余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文10余篇,获得授权专利一项。
