Stephen Strelkov, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director and Professor of Plant Biology at the School of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Albert, Canada. He has long been engaged in research on the area of host-parasite interactions, particularly in the role of host-specific toxins in fungal pathogenicity and plant disease development. His research achievements have been published in numerous high-impact journals such as Plants (Basel), Plant Genome, Plant Disease, and PLoS One.
Sheau-Fang Hwang, Ph.D., currently serves as the Professor at the Department of Agricultural Food and Nutritional Science, University of Alberta College of Agriculture, Canada. She is also the President of the Canadian Society of Plant Pathologists. Her research interests lie in the etiology and biology of significant diseases in Brassica napus (canola). Her relevant research findings have been published in prestigious journals including Frontiers in Plant Science and Plant Disease.
