个人简介

  1966年出生,江西人,1998年中国农业科学院研究生院毕业,获博士学位。中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所研究员,农业部特色蔬菜产业技术体系岗位专家。曾获得“有突出贡献中青年专家”、“全国农业科研杰出人才”、“泰山学者”等荣誉称号。担任园艺学会分子育种分会理事长,十字花科分会秘书长,Horticulture Research副主编和Horticultural Plant Journal主编。

科研情况

  本人长期从事十字花科蔬菜作物基因组学、分子遗传学和分子育种研究。致力于利用基因组学工具解析芸薹属蔬菜叶球、膨大根/茎和抽薹开花等关键性状的形成、演化和驯化,以及基因组学在分子育种中的应用研究。主持了“973”、“863”和国家自然基金重点项目等一系列重大项目课题。领导完成了首个芸薹属植物白菜的基因组测序,作为主要完成人之一,参与完成了甘蓝、油菜、芥菜和黑芥的基因组测序。在Nature Genetics、 Nature Communications, Plant Cell和PNAS等国际知名刊物上发表SCI论文120余篇。
