个人简介

       杨学勇,1982年生,中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所研究员,博士生导师,担任蔬菜功能基因组创新团队首席。

科研情况

       主要围绕葫芦科瓜类等作物源库互作的生物学过程,挖掘和解析关键变异、变异与基因组互作、变异与环境互作,并定向创制变异来改良作物。旨在建立广泛适用的方法论,系统地进行源、库、流的科学改造和设计,实现作物的产量、品质和环境适应性的协同提升。以通讯/第一作者在Cell、Nature Plants、The Plant Cell等重要期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。主持了国家级、省部级项目和课题6项。获国家自然科学基金A类和B类项目资助、以及农业科研杰出人才培养计划等;担任中国园艺学会蔬菜专委会秘书长。
